Getting Started is Easy!

Fill out the New Client Questionnaire, and I’ll follow up with a personalized wellness and pricing plan tailored to your needs.

Schedule a Free Intro Call to discuss your meal plan further. We will also agree on the day of the week I will be cooking for you.

Once your payment is submitted, I’ll send you a menu to review and adjust as needed. Upon your approval, I’ll begin preparing your meals.

Rates

Weekly Meal Prep Chef:

$80 per hour plus the cost of food, billed separately.
Most Client requests average 6 hours weekly. Groceries average $200-$250 weekly (depending on the complexity and number of meals)

Retainer clients who commit to and prepay the chef’s hourly rate one month in advance receive exclusive discounted loyalty rates. You’ll then only be billed weekly for the cost of groceries. Please inquire for details.

I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach with a deep love for plant-based cooking. I’ve trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School and Viva La Raw in Costa Rica, where I learned the art of vibrant, healing, both vegan and raw vegan cuisines. I’m also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and HMI Wellness, with a focus on plant-based nutrition and whole-body wellness.

After years of relying on medications, I healed myself naturally through whole food plant-based nutrition, and I’ve been medicine-free for over a decade now. This journey sparked my love for creating healing meals, and now it's my mission to help others thrive with the power of plants.

Whether you're too busy to cook, overwhelmed in the kitchen, or simply want to eat healthier without the stress, I’m here to make it easy and delicious. You don’t have to be vegan either —just open to adding more plant-rich meals into your week.
