Every ingredient is carefully selected. Organic, no hidden bad ingredients. All cooking is done in your kitchen (Meals may be delivered and dropped off upon request - please inquire). For the in-home cooking you are not required to be present — the service runs completely independently.

Do I need to be present during the service?

No. Most clients are at work, out with family, or simply living their lives during service day. You provide kitchen access — Analea handles everything. Your kitchen will be left clean just like before the cooking. You can also request meals to be delivered and dropped off.

Can you deliver meals instead?

Yes, delivery and drop off option is available upon request. Please reach out.

What if I want to change the menu?

Every menu is sent for your review and approval at least 48 hours before service. I am happy to work on and accept your modifications until we get a perfect menu you like - at 48 hours before our scheduled service date - this window allows me to begin sourcing all premium organic ingredients.

How far in advance should I reach out?

As early as possible. I maintain a select private client roster and availability is limited. For retainer engagements, a minimum of 1–2 weeks lead time is recommended. For one-time sessions, reach out immediately.

What areas of Oahu do you service?

All of Oahu.

Can you accommodate a large household or multiple dietary needs?

This is my specialty. I have served households with children, adults, guests, and multiple dietary requirements simultaneously. Every person at the table is nourished and satisfied.
