Aloha, I’m Analea — founder and chef behind Eat Plants Elevate.

Eat Plants Elevate was born out of my own healing journey. Seeking to naturally restore my overly compromised immune system and address chronic imbalances, I embraced juicing, detoxing, and a fully plant-based lifestyle. As a result, I have been completely medicine-free since 2010—not taking a single pill, not even an Advil. Inspired by this radical health transformation, I was eager to share my passion for vegan cooking and the amazing benefits of plant-based nutrition.

From hosting cooking workshops in New York City to running full-time private dining and meal prep in the Bay Area and now in O‘ahu, I’ve made it my mission to create meals that inspire health and joy. Before becoming a full-time personal chef, I had a a career in finance on Wall Street. Having a first-hand experience of how busy a life can get and how little one can pay attention to proper nutrition, I now help busy professionals with healthy meal prep, cooking demos, and holistic health coaching.

Trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School and certified as a holistic health coach, I combine culinary expertise with wellness guidance. I also have experience working in a raw vegan cafe in the Bay Area, California as well as being trained as a raw vegan chef by Viva La Raw, an immersive raw vegan culinary school in Costa Rica.

Beyond cooking, I love painting, photography, and surfing.
