Eat Plants Elevate began with my own healing journey. After years of navigating chronic health challenges and a depleted immune system, I made a decision to take full responsibility for my well-being. Through juicing, detoxing, and embracing a fully plant-based lifestyle, my health transformed. Since 2010, I’ve been completely medicine-free—no prescriptions, no over-the-counter pills. That transformation inspired me to share the power, joy, and beauty of clean plant-based nourishment with others.

My path has taken me from hosting intimate cooking workshops in New York City, to offering private dining and meal prep throughout the Bay Area, and now to creating healing cuisine here on O‘ahu. As a former Wall Street professional having a prior career in finance & investments, I understand how demanding life can be—and how difficult it is to eat in a way that truly supports your energy and well-being. That’s why I help busy professionals and families enjoy wholesome, flavorful meals without the stress, through personalized meal prep, private chef experiences, and holistic wellness guidance.

I trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School, completed raw vegan chef training with Viva La Raw in Costa Rica, and gained hands-on experience at a raw vegan café in the Bay Area. I’m also a certified holistic health coach, having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as HMI Wellness — the only fully plant-based nutrition coaching school.

I bring together culinary craft and whole-food nutrition. My mission is simple: to nourish, elevate, and bring more ease, clarity, and joy into your everyday eating.
