Hi, I am Analea, the chef and founder of Eat Plants Elevate.

Eat Plants Elevate was born from my own healing journey. After years of chronic health challenges, I turned to juicing, detox practices, and a fully plant-based lifestyle. As a result, I’ve been medicine-free since 2010.

This transformation in my health ignited a deep passion to help others experience the powerful impact of clean, plant-based, nourishing food — and to support them in feeling vibrant, balanced, and empowered in their own bodies.

My culinary path blends self-taught, ongoing skill mastery with some formal training. I trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School, completed a raw vegan chef training in Costa Rica, and worked as a line cook at Que Se Raw Se Raw, a raw vegan café in Burlingame, California. I am also a certified holistic health coach specializing in plant-based nutrition.

Inspired by how a plant-based diet transformed my life and health, I began offering cooking workshops and classes to share simple, approachable vegan recipes.

From those classes, some guests started asking me to cook for them privately and referring me to others. That’s when Eat Plants Elevate was born, and I stepped into a new path as a full-time personal chef for high-achieving individuals and health-conscious households.

My mission is simple: to help you save time, take away the stress of cooking and wondering “what’s for dinner?”, and nourish your everyday eating with fresh, organic, plant-based meals crafted with care and aloha.
