Aloha, I’m Analea—founder and chef at Eat Plants Elevate.
Eat Plants Elevate was born out of my own healing journey. After more than a decade of relying on medications and antibiotics that left me with chronic inflammation and illness, I discovered the transformative power of plant-based nutrition, juice cleansing, and holistic living. By embracing a fully plant-based lifestyle and committing to regular juice cleanses, I was able to heal, transition off all medications, and since 2010, I’ve remained completely medicine-free—thriving on the power of plants.
Back when I lived in New York City, while working as a financial analyst on Wall Street, I began sharing what had worked for me: teaching yoga classes before and after work (yoga played a pivotal role in my healing as my yoga teacher led me to become fully vegan) and introducing friends to simple, delicious vegan recipes in the foem of demo-workshops and cookign classes. What started as a small community passion quickly grew. Soon, I was fulfilling custom orders for my raw vegan cakes and bean-to-bar artisan chocolates, delivering to local juice bars and wellness events.
Later, when I moved to the Bay Area, California, to continue my finance career, I still kept following my passion for clean cooking through weekend cooking classes and private dining experiences. As more clients requested meal prep support, I finally made the leap of faith and quit my corporate job to fully follow my true passion - cooking and supporting clients with healing meals and holistic health coaching. An unexpected and fully aligned opportunity came up on O‘ahu to support a client’s healing journey with raw vegan meals and nutrition. What started as a job quickly became one of the greatest joys of my life. I wasn’t just cooking—I was helping someone truly transform and heal. Following my heart, I moved to O‘ahu, and I’m so grateful to now call Hawai‘i my home
Along the way, I trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School and completed the Raw Vegan Immersion with Viva La Raw in Costa Rica. I became a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later continued my studies with advanced training at HMI Wellness, a leading science-based, fully plant-focused nutrition and health coaching program. I also gained hands-on experience working as a line cook at a raw vegan café in Burlingame, California.
Cooking is more than a profession for me—it’s my passion, my artistry, and my way of helping others heal and thrive. My mission through Eat Plants Elevate is simple yet powerful: to elevate your health through plant-based cuisine and holistic living.
In addition to my work in the kitchen, I’ve been a certified yoga teacher since 2010, leading both local and international retreats and lately offering private classes. Beyond cooking and yoga, I love painting, photography, and surfing - as my biggest joy in life is being near the healing and powerful ocean.
