Aloha, I’m Analea—founder and chef behind Eat Plants Elevate.

My journey began with my own healing through plant-based nutrition. After transitioning to a fully vegan lifestyle and incorporating juice cleanses, I was finally able to overcome a decade of chronic health challenges. Since 2010, I’ve been completely medicine-free, and continue thriving on the power of plants.

As I discovered the joy of creating vibrant, nourishing meals with nature’s finest ingredients—fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, and clean plant proteins—I fell in love with vibrant, fresh, and nourishing plant-based cooking.

Today, my greatest joy is sharing that passion with others: easing the burden of cooking through personalized weekly meal prep, inspiring clients with simple and delicious recipes in cooking classes, and bringing the magic of exquisite plant-based cuisine to gatherings, events, and celebrations.
