48-Hour Grocery List Deadline

Please submit your completed grocery preferences form at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Changes after this deadline are subject to availability and may not be accommodated.

Two-Store Shopping Limit

Your Arrival Essentials service includes shopping at up to two grocery stores. Additional grocery stops, local farm visits, farmers markets, and specialty sourcing may incur an additional fee, confirmed in advance.

Grocery Costs & Availability

Groceries are billed separately from your service fee. Requested brands, products, and seasonal fruits are subject to availability. Fruit washing and cutting are provided according to the agreed service scope; extensive preparation may require an additional fee.
