Hi, I am Annalea, the founder of Annalea Wellness!

I am a self-taught vegan chef, certified holistic health coach, and certified yoga teacher, helping clients achieve their holistic wellness goals since 2010.

I completely healed myself from numerous health issues simply by changing my diet to a whole-food plant-based and adopting a few holistic habits.

Having radiant health even as I age and being completely medicine-free for over a decade now, I made it my mission to guide you on how to heal your life as a whole.
